Modular, space saving staircase from DOLLE

The ROME staircase is designed to be space saving with an outside width of only 64 cm, which makes this staircase fantastic for small rooms or tight spaces. The main spine of the staircase in finished grey powder coated metal and the treads are made high quality beech which are varnished to finish. The main handrail matches the tread in beech and has 3 mm steel wire between the posts, giving the stairs a transparent appearance. The handrail can be mounted on the left or the right-hand side, there is also an option to buy an extra handrail should you want protection both sides of the staircase. 

Simple to install

The staircase is easy to install without need of any special tools. Average time to build is around one day for two people depending on the application. You can then enjoy the strong stability of the staircase with a unique handrail adding extra safety to the finished project.

This ROME staircase complies with current European building standards defined in EN 1991 and EN 1993. To give you confidence on its strength it is certified to maximum point load of 200 kg with a total load duty rating of 560 kg. The handrail banister is tested for a horizontal load of 50 kg per metre.
