It's easy to use a hop up step. Simply unfold it, place it within comfortable reach of the work area, and keep both feet on the platform. For safety, make sure you don't exceed the hop up's maximum weight capacity. Do not jump up and down whilst standing on top of a hop-up platform, and do not overreach.
